Existing Floor Restoration

We grind down the old layer, fill cracks with epoxy putty, and apply a fresh two-part epoxy system that bonds hard to the substrate. The result is a floor that looks new and holds up to Conroe's heat and humidity.

The process starts with a thorough grinding to open the concrete's pores. We seal any cracks or spalling, then apply primer and two coats of epoxy. Texas summers are tough on coatings, so we use a UV-stable formulation that won't yellow or peel. The whole job takes 3 to 5 days depending on floor size and damage.
