New Construction Flooring
Epoxy flooring installed in new construction homes and commercial spaces throughout Conroe.
New construction epoxy flooring means we're there before your garage or shop floor takes its first real use. We prep the concrete slab, apply primer, then lay down epoxy in whatever color and finish you want. It's the best time to install because the concrete is fresh and we can control the whole environment. Most builders in the Conroe area call us during framing so we're ready when the roof goes on.
East Texas humidity is hard on concrete. We account for that in how we cure the epoxy and what additives we use. The concrete has to be tested for moisture before we touch it, especially during our wet season. We typically schedule new construction jobs for late spring through early fall when weather is most predictable. Timing matters because epoxy needs stable conditions to cure properly.
You'll walk into a finished garage or workshop with a seamless, durable floor ready for use. No pinholes, no soft spots, no weak seams. The floor handles oil stains, chemical spills, and heavy foot traffic without yellowing or peeling. Most of our new construction customers never think about their floor again after we're done.
About new construction flooring
Can you install epoxy flooring while the house is still being built?
Yes. We typically come in after the roof is weathertight and the concrete slab has cured for at least 28 days. We work with your builder's timeline to fit it into the construction schedule.
What color options do we have for new construction?
We stock solid colors, metallic finishes, and flake patterns. Bring us a paint chip or show us a photo and we'll match it or find something close. Most new construction customers go with neutral grays or tans.
How long before we can park in the garage after epoxy is installed?
Full cure takes about 7 days. Light use like walking is fine after 24 hours. We'll give you exact timing based on temperature and humidity when we finish the job.
